Freeze Dried Stalk
Found this frozen clump of dead flower stalks/buds growing in Box Hill where the sun did not appear. Box Hill is on the Surrey Downs, but it is the highest point outside the border of Greater London I think. So it was also quite cold in this area and taking this shot took lots of effort just to get it sharp and crisp. Taken last year around November.
